Preparations
are now in full swing for our junior student performance at The
Corn Exchange, Hertford on Sunday July 19th, following is all
the information you should need about the event, tickets, rehearsals
etc. If you are not sure about anything, please email us at info@themusiclab.co.uk |

The performance will be split into two sessions:
Session 1 - 3pm to 5.30pm
Doors will open at 2.30pm - PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE THIS
TIME
Session 2 - 7pm to 9.30pm
Doors will open at 6.30pm - PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE THIS TIME
Due to the nature of this type of event, times
are approximate, but we do ask for your co-operation in not arriving
before the stated door opening time to enable us to set up and
sound check properly.

Tickets
Due to increased costs of arranging and paying for the venue,
the bands and the tutors, we are unable to make this a free-ticket
event.
Each Musiclab student participating
in the performance will receive one free "student" pass for
themselves so that they can gain entry to the venue. These
will be allocated at a lesson/rehearsal prior to the performance.
Entry for family and friends will
be available on the door at £3 per person. There is
no limit to how many people you can bring (other than the
venue capacity). Entry will be allocated on a first come,
first served basis. |

Homegrown Rehearsals

with our guest band Homegrown (please see "Which Session?" tables
above, will need to attend a half-hour rehearsal session on
Sunday 12th July between 2pm and 6pm - Please let us know your preffered time as soon as possible. Please see the table
